Danny saw from a young age what it takes to run a residential scheme, and now puts his finance experience to work for the people who run them and other care service providers.

Danny has spent 17 years as a Financial Controller and Finance Director. He has sat in the weekly revenue meeting with the chief executive, written the board's monthly commentary, and run the cash forecast through good years and hard ones.
- Part of a bank restructure that removed a £3m overdraft facility, followed by ten years debt-free, built on daily cash forecasting and an 18-month cash projection
- Due diligence work on the sale of a business in 2024
- Monthly board reporting, budgets and cash forecasting as a permanent part of the job, not a one-off project
