Who is AMBA?

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Danny Wood is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience, and has helped transform the lives of many business owners, not just by removing the headache of administration but by providing meaningful insights into the true meaning of their numbers!

As a member of the Entrepreneurs Circle, Danny is also a licenced marketing and sales coach, which gives him the unique ability to help clients in this area of their business that not other accountants are able to.

We cater to all industries and have extensive knowledge of the Sport, Leisure & Hospitality Sector and Financial Services Sector.

Please note we only work with Limited Companies.

Prices

Our monthly fees start from: Accounts £117, Bookkeeping £97, payroll £49, CIS £69, VAT £87 and management accounts £475 all plus VAT and using cloud software. All of our clients will be using or migrated onto Xero or Quickbooks.

Please note there is a minimum monthly fee of £99 plus VAT.
